1.  Request a registration certificate from Rebate Realty Group BEFORE visiting or contacting a builder or co-op agent.

2.  You have the option of having us help in your search and present the registration on the first visit to the builder/agent or the do-it-yourself option of presenting the registration to the builder/agent.

3.  Sign a sales contract and fax a copy of the registration and contract to Rebate Realty Group at 713-660-6706.

4.  Close on your new home with Rebate Realty Group as the buying broker and receive the rebate within 2 business days after funding.
